About Me
Hello, new friend! I'm Bri - thanks for viewing my profile! Having lived in Minnesota all my life, I'm a northerner at heart who loves the outdoors. I've made it my mission to visit all 50 states (almost there!) and, more recently, to explore abroad as much as my wallet will let me. People know me as being easy to talk to, goofy, assertive, highly motivated, and fun to be around.
A little bit about me: I graduated from the University of Minnesota in Spring 2016 with studies in psychology and a biology minor. I am starting medical school in NYC this fall! I currently work with Hennepin county's homeless population and am trying to squeeze in as many trips as possible before starting school again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet fun, interesting people who are familiar with where I'm traveling and to make travel easier financially. Anyone can find popular attractions on the internet, but I believe that connecting with locals is the best way to have an enriching and meaningful experience in a new area! I'm always looking to make new friends and connecting with people from different backgrounds than me.
