Hiya I'm Brianna! I’m from Canada and I'm currently travelling around Asia! I lived in the Netherlands as an Au Pair in 2017 and got to see a lot of Europe so this trip is all about Asia!
I'm really easy going and I love learning something new; be it a new recipe, phrase, or a random fun fact. I'm also a really flexible kind of person, I like having a plan but I also like going with the flow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm super outgoing and love experiencing new things plus I love traveling so I thought couchsurfing would be a really great way to meet some locals/expats! I also really want to make as many friends as I can during my travels, what better way to enjoy a country than enjoying it with friends!

I want to be able to hang out with the people that I surf with, I don't want to see it as just some place I'm crashing at during the night. While I travel I obviously have plans to do my sightseeing and whatnot but I won't just come back to the house and go straight to bed. To me the best part of travelling is getting to know other people, I’ve made so many amazing memories with the people I’ve met along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh gosh I could go on forever about what I like but I'll pretty much listen/watch/read anything interesting. I do tend to stick to the same genres though. For movies/books that's horror, action and fantasy. And for music I usually listen to metalcore, metal, hard rock, and alternative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't say that I've really done anything all that amazing. In my eyes, the most amazing thing I've done is move over 7,000km from home to live with people I met online 😂

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Well I am a certified English teacher so I can definitely help with English! Honestly I think casual conversation is a great way to learn a language so I'd love to learn your language as well!

Learn: Anything and everything!! If you are able to share something interesting about your country I'd love that! I love cooking so learning a new recipe would be really cool too. But really, I'm willing to learning about whatever you have to offer!

Share: I love talking with people so sharing experiences would be great! I enjoy baking and cooking so I’d be happy to make something!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm more than willing to help out around the house with whatever you need a hand with, as long as I'm just not treated as a cleaning lady!
