About Me

CURRENT MISSION:
Saving the world one Chipotle burrito bowl at a time. #nammm

ABOUT ME:
I'm a native Washingtonian and new New Yorker. I studied philosophy in undergrad, and have since become a developer, meetup organizer in New York City (http://www.meetup.com/Coding_in_Color/), and founder of a tech startup (pique.nyc).

When work permits, I travel like no other. I did research in Mexico City for 7 months, interned in Milan for 4 months, traveled during spring break and am now hoping to tackle South East Asia later this year.

I love IPAs & red wine, talks of traveling, tech talks, going out, and meeting free spirited people.

PHILOSOPHY:
**TBD**

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling in getting an authentic experience of whatever city I'm visiting and that usually always happens by meeting natives from different walks of life who appreciate traveling and living life a bit unconventionally.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
0%. I'm hoping that changes this summer as I head to SF.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're interested in knowing more about tech startups, I'm always more than happy to share my experiences with it so far. And I'd love to learn about the crazy traveling stories that don't usually make it onto people's couchsurfing profiles.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you're ever in New York definitely shoot me a message. Although I've only been there for 6 months I can definitely show you some of the best mom and pop shops, restaurants, and art spaces.
