About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Aid in the Creation of a Sustainable, Evolutionarily-Driven Culture

ABOUT ME

I am a tall skinny white guy. I love the outdoors. Great books are great.
I am somewhat of a vagabond, I was reading today an article that ended in,

"However carefree the vagabond life may seem, it requires sacrifices that I, like most, can't make. But I'm thankful there are those who can. He who exists only to see what's around the next bend embodies exploration at its purest. The vagabond caretakes the soul of travel."

And I posted it on the cover of my scrapbook/journal which holds my writings and photos of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Work to see all things as opportunities for growth, and in this way strive to be grateful for all things.
And Let Go, non attachment.
If it is our attachments that lead us to suffering, why stay attached.
These things all work in conjunction together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf when i travel, and i plan on hosting when i am settled.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of the best times of my life was when I was selling necklaces I brought back from Indonesia and India on the streets of Lawrence Kansas where a bunch of my friends were studying at Kansas University. During that two month period I did a lot of bike riding, sitting on the streets selling necklaces to people, reading and hanging out with friends, as well as wondering around, letting my intuition and feelings be my guide. It was during this time that I was couch surfing with many of my friends.
