About Me

CURRENT MISSION

LIFE is short, try to explore the World more before resting in peace in heaven!!!

ABOUT ME

Hello, everyone, nice to meet u all!!! i am Brian from Hong Kong, a small city which is the cultural conversion between East & West. i started to love traveling since my exchange student life in Australia in 2009 (Deakin University, Geelong). I did enjoy the exchange life over there especially when i met other people not only the local Aussie, but also other exchange students. We did have a great fun when we were together because we can share our life experience, country history, common interest...Being the exchange student is one of the most valuable memory for my whole life, coz i do like to communicate & live with other people especially some friends from different countries coz this is a cultural exchange & i do believe that the cultural exchange & communication can make the World to be a more peaceful & better place to live...;)

I started to travel in solo backpackering after i started working because solo traveling make me explore more and make more friends. The experience and memory of solo traveling make me grown up in my every trip. I make a lot friends and greet them and show them around in Hong Kong when they have a trip in my home town. We keep contact a lot ;) i like to listen their story, culture and history in their country. Looking forward to share more with u when we meet ;)

PHILOSOPHY

i think self exposure & self reflection is very important to me...whenever i go travelling especially to some places that i have never been, i can get some new idea & self reflection from it...Also, i like to make friends with others especially friends from different countries coz i like to listen their stories & also share my life with them...this is a kind of cultural exchange, i do think that whenever people are willing to communicate & help each others, the World will be a better place to live

Interests

i like to play soccer and when i was the exchange student in Aussie, i joined the soccer league which was organized by the Korean who are living there. In my team, the players are not only from Korea, but also from China, Japan, India, Aussie, Brazil...We did have a great soccer time during that period... Also, i like travelling, as mentioned above, i have been Tai Wan, South Korea, Inner Morgolia...in Australia, i have been Tasmania, Sydney, Great Barrier Reef, Uluru, Gold Coast...too many to mention...Looking forward to share with u my backpacker life ;) i also like to do volunteer, reading books, fishing etc

i went to Nepal and hiking in Himalaya and to the Annapura Base Camp (4300m) last year. This was the fund raising event for charity there to rebuild the house and school in the rural area which got destroyed in the earthquake 2015. We visited the student there after the trip and i was so glad that i could help for the school rebuild project.

i also participated in the Oxfam trailwalker to finish the 100km trail within 48 hours. A tough but memorable journey :)
