About Me

CURRENT MISSION

spread french language over the world and get some fun out of it ;)

ABOUT ME

I like to travel, to discover new things, new languages.
Im rather discret, even quiet sometimes but I really enjoy being in a small group and chat around a bier or 2.

PHILOSOPHY

shanti shanti... I take what i get, and Iam happy with that. I don't try to get too mch bc it's the beginning of the end. I like simple things, simple pleasures. Till now it works, Im still thinking that life is beautiful :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

not enough I have to admit... :/
I travelled a lot lately, or i was living in really small studios, in India's girls hostels, or Emirates ... But hopefully its going to change soon! ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I stayed once in Copenhagen at a CSer's place with a friend. And spend a lovely week in Munchen too. It was really nice, we talked a lot, we shared experiences, get tips abt the places. I keep really good souvenirs of those moments!
In Dubaï, as it was complicated to host, I used the site to meet people only and walk around, show the city, drink coffee...

Interests

walking around and take pictures. nothing professional at all, just a hobby. (and also to bear my terrible memory...) ;)
seat on a confrortable sofa and read a good polar.
looking at people and try to understand (or imagine) how they think, they live, they behave... ;)

all the Claude Lelouche's,
and the Emir Kusturica's,

Im not a fan of comics except the classics like Asterix, Lucky Luke, Tintin.

and Music : a bit a every style, except Rap and Jazz, not much a fan.
songs I'm playing right now for exemple: Because the night (Patti Smith), I will always love you (W.Houston), This is life (AmyMcDonald), Ode to my family (Cranberries), L'effet papillon (Bénabar), Walk the line (J.Cash),Popcorn, Adele, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in India for 2 years.
That was tough but A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!! I have definitely no regrets to throw myself in such an adventure! A culture thousands miles away from mine but so many good things to see, to learn, to enjoy. I discovered a completely different way of looking at the life, where the notion of "time" for instance is a complete different concept from mine. ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Im french, means I carry with me (even if im not always proud of...) my french culture. Im ready to talk to you abt me/my culture/my country and I'm looking forward to listen to you, your Culture, your country, your place, your hobbies... I'd love to discuss ... or argue... ;) about touristic sightseeing, architecture, food, language, way of living, philosophie,... anythg which is different from mine! :D

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a terrible cook... so I'd rather invite you to a good restaurant rather than poison you trying to cook something.
If you're found of learning languages, I can give you some tips for french.
If you just search for an excuse to walk around and grab a beer, I'd be glad to be your excuse! :)

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Croatia, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Denmark, France, Germany, India, Kuwait, Poland, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
