We are 2 frenchies freshly graduated in communication, on their way through Scandinavia for a year of adventure ! We're gonna walk through Finland, then Sweden and Norway, to discover new cultures, landscapes and other amazing things. We really want to live an immersive experience, by meeting new people and share with them some good times !

Brice : After studying for many years, I want to take time to live new things. Since I was a kid, I'm thinking about leaving, mostly in the north countries ! I'm 23 yo, curious about everything and always open to new experiences and mostly meeting new people and learn their way to see the life and the world.
I love many things : sports (playing tennis, skiing, hiking, biking...) ; also playing music (drum, guitar, ukulele, piano) ; i love beers (the real beers!) and brewing too ; i'm a photographer who love learning more and more and also teaching.
My big brother made a trip during one year in New Zealand and just gave me the deep wish to live an adventure like this, my own adventure. And I've met Camille, who was sharing the same wish to leave. I love the fact she's curious for everything, and to see everything positive and great.

Camille : Am 24, born in a little french countryside now living in Lyon, the third biggest city in France. I have one big bro, Ulysse, 26 years old, who's nurse in a psychiatric hospital, and I have one little sis', Julie, 18, who's studying to become a nurse too. I have never been able to travel a lot, because the major part of my family was living in France, so we used to stay there during holidays to enjoy some family time. Also, I choose to not do a gap year, or an erasmus during my 5 years in University, because I wanted an experience full of adventure and travel and not by spending the major part of my time in University. Now that am graduated, am ready to live the adventure in Scandinavia ! Also, meeting Brice was one of the main reason I decided to push myself by doing what I always wanted to do : leave. He's my partner, and having him by my side for this trip gave me more confidence and desire to discover new countries and new people !
To make this trip achievable, i've worked during 5 months in Primark, as a saler, and during the same time I was making some pizzas in a Pizza shop !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're on Couchsurfing for one reason : make this trip an unforgettable experience by meeting a lot of amazing people who could contribute to our journey and make it memorable. We're looking for some advices, good tips, host adresses, host and travelers to share this trip with us !

Also, even if we've worked a lot to make this trip achievable, we don't have that much money, and we prefer the humans company rather than a luxury hotel. We really want to meet as much people as we can, to learn a lot !

Music, Movies, and Books

We both love music : electro, french or US rap, hard rock, metal, pop, rock, reggae, techno, instrumental... Music is a big part of our life ! We'll be glad to listen to local artists, and traditional music from Scandinavia too.

We watch a lot (A LOT) of series : Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Sense 8, Mr Robot, Black Mirrors, The last man on earth, West World, Homeland, True detective, Fargo, ...

We also love watching movies, but we have to admit that series are the best thing to watch :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decided to live this adventure ! (and also graduated after 5 years of University : it's been a long journey haha)
