Hiked 300km of the Camino de Santiago across northern Spain with my Mom and Brother.
I lived in a tent for two months while I taught children swimming and canoeing lessons in the Atlantic ocean! was definitely a character building experience, and taught me that living minimally helps you to enjoy the simpler things in life... like a warm shower and a leak-free roof over your head!
