I work in fundraising and development for Teach For America, and I've lived in Oklahoma since I was a wee thing (Alva, Stillwater, Tulsa and OKC in summer 2016). Before hopping on board Teach For America's staff I was a corps member in Tulsa and taught 3rd grade.

I enjoy nearly anything that allows me to be social--I spend most my time with friends. I love reading, weekend trips, being a homebody and seeing concerts.

I'm a supporter of the concert scene in Tulsa, so I love going to Cain's and the Brady. I listen to a lot of folky and mellow music, but I also like to check out alternative artists (Paul Simon, Sufjan, Shakey Graves, Ben Harper, Modest Mouse, Junip, Cage the Elephant, etc.).
I'm a big reader, and I'm rolling through the classics. Hemingway, Faulkner, Wharton, Salinger, the list goes on. I'm also a big fan of Chuck Palahniuk.
