I've been to 6 continents and 40 countries, needless to say I'm a wanderer. In addition I love dance, theater, and learning about new cultures/languages. I was a gymnast when I was young so I'm very athletic and sometimes a daredevil. Travel helped me heal and discover myself/strength. I'm in the process of completing a social and emotional learning certification and my 200 hour yoga teacher training with the ultimate goal of helping people embrace their self-care and wellness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people! Especially locals who can give me a real look at their city/country. I love seeing how others live and have found that traveling has helped me broaden my mindset and overcome anxiety. I'd welcome the chance to do the same for people who visit my city!

I'm not great at anything, but I'm average at a lot of things... yoga, theater, dance, languages, psychology, writing, hiking, scuba diving, surfing, board games, paddle boarding, puzzles... the list goes on!
