HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love this site. I think it's a brilliant idea. It's just amazing to me how many people are out there, just living, loving, traveling. It's easy to see the news and go to a dark place. All you have to do is head to couchsurfing.org and you remember...considering there are nearly 7 billion of us...the majority of us are just good people trying to make their way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far it's been nothing but amazing. I really love to host and look forward to being hosted! My grandmother had a bed and breakfast in Newport, RI, so growing up I was exposed to all kinds of people from all over the world. Her spirit of extending a roof and a cup of tea to the weary traveler burns strong within my soul.

LIFE!!! All of it! People, places, things! There isn't enough time to soak it all up. I believe each day is a gift regardless of what the present moment brings. I am happy so long as I have breath.
