ABOUT ME

Hmmm... I guess I could describe myself through comments I hear from the people around me. I hear that I have sort of a calming presence. I care about people and try to be the best person I can be. I am a very insightful person who needs a least a little bit of alone time each day to reflect. But don't get me wrong, I love to stay up late and be crazy with my friends too. It's all about "the balance".

PHILOSOPHY

Everything happens for a reason. Having faith and trust is a must because when life gets tough, it helps to know that for whatever reason, there is a purpose to every experience. Good and bad.

Couchsurfed a couple of times so far. Can't wait to do more, and hopefully host as well.

Interests

How much time have you got? I am always up for meeting new people who are different than myself. I love water and beaches; really anything to do with the outdoors. Music is a life saver for sure!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite movie of all time would have to be The Goonies; it's just such a classic. I love the music of The Cure, Joni Mitchell, Bjork, Wilco, White Stripes, among many others. And I'm always up for some good bluegrass music. I love Chuck Palahniuk's books. They're a little intense and quite heavy, but nontheless very amusing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Hawaii for 5 years and I have to say that I haven't seen more beautiful sunsets in my life.
