ABOUT ME

I am interested in many things. I am able to find positive in most situations and am a very calm person. I am aware and deliberate. I enjoy good coffee. I am a vegetarian and appreciate simple wholesome food. I am accepting and comfortable to be around. I like wine and IPAs, although I do not know much about either. I enjoy music and dancing. I almost always accept an invitation to see or experience something new.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in being present in the moment and taking advantage of opportunities. I do what gives me joy and hope to share that with those I meet. My intention is to meet people where they are and treat them with respect and understanding. I continue to work towards always coming from a place of love and compassion.

Interests

I enjoy being with people and good conversation. I appreciate the details. I like to be outdoors, especially in nature. I have recently found great joy in taking photos, mainly of people. I like to learn about new cultures and humanity in general. I am a hands-on learner, so traveling helps me in this process of understanding.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like documentaries, dramas, independent films, comedies and love stories. I enjoy most music. I prefer to see a show live. I like to learn about new bands and local musicians. I like folk, bluegrass, classic rock, reggae, indie rock, alternative, soul and r&b. I find myself reading usually two or three books at a time. Currently, I am reading "Be Love Now" and "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance". I am usually attracted to non-fiction, but also enjoy fiction.

I am constantly learning new things and welcome the opportunity to continue to learn more. I would not consider myself a master at any one thing, but I can usually find a solution to a problem. I am very resourceful and am happy to help within my capabilities.
