ABOUT ME

I am a wandering teacher. I am currently living in Saigon I enjoy adventuring, hiking, horseriding and all that normal outdoorsey stuff. I also enjoyng things like going to the ballet or opera and sitting in a cozy chair reading a book. I love laughing and I really enjoy intelligent conversation. I can sometimes be a bit of a loner but I do enjoy being social and meeting people from various other countries.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy fantasy, historical, romance and comedy for both novels and movies and I like Indie music mostly, but am open to various other genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A friend and I hiked up to the top of a hill with a church on it in Kazbegi, Georgia. We pitched our tent at the top and as we were putting it up, one of the elastic bands in a pole snapped. We didn't fight or blame one another, we simply figured out a way to fix it, by using a piece of grass. We felt really proud of ourselves and spent 2 wonderful days on top of the world with a view that was to die for.

Teach, Learn, Share

I find that being humble about your experiences and not lording your fabulous load of travel knowledge over those less-traveled than you makes you a much more pleasing person to be around.
