My name is Brigitte, I grew up in Laguna Beach. I have worked as a Massage Therapist for 12 years and taught yoga for 8. I am very passionate about music, art, traveling, Yoga, MassageTherapy, healing arts, hiking, running, camping, Buddhism, and spending time with friends, family and my silly dog :))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015 I backpacked through South East Asia for 6 months. I was volunteering in Nepal after the big earthquake hit. After spending two months in Nepal I traveled throughout Northern India. I stayed in an Ashram for a month long Kundalini training. After two months in India I traveled to Thailand to teach Yoga in a retreat center.
