Currently, I'm living in Adhburn, VA which is close to DC. I'm full-time engineer who does Risk Management in DC. On the side, I voulunteer to fight homelessness and take part time classes towards my Master's degree.

On my free time, I'm usually searching for upcoming events and planning for things to cross off my bucket list.

Im addicted to the thrill of feeling totally alive. I'm an explorer at heart, an engineer by profession and an artist by lifestyle. I was born in Nepal, a small country in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains. My favorite pastimes are hiking trails; kayaking; rock climbing. I grew up in the Dc metro are. Even though i'm not big into sports, I watch major sport events (even better if its in the stadium). I read a lot, usually literature, poetry and non-fiction. I write poems sometimes. I play the drums, Harmonica and a few chords on the guitar (not an expert, but you won't have to stone me either. I might be able to entertain you with my boring music and at least make you smile). I also sketch and paint if i have free time, which is very hard to find these days.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to explore and experience the true culture by meeting people who are laid back, down to earth and put together with common interests or values or ideologies or background. Make good friends and evolve.

Couch surfing would my means to do that while traveling efficiently and effectively within a budget.

I'm really good at solving problems. People say i'm a good talker, but i think i'm a better listener.

Bartending and cookking is my specialty. Enternainintg people has never been an issue.
