You CAN copy and paste but the key is do it like you didn't. Sure, everyone wants to receive a personalized request, but it's natural to copy and paste a little. The better you write the more interesting person you will be, the more likely I will host you. At least address me by my name right? It's not Carpe that's for sure. I am definitely more inclined to host those who have hosted.
