ABOUT ME

I got involved in CS as an au pair near Lausanne, CH during summer 2009. It was my first time away from home and abroad, and my hosts gave me so much comfort and discovery! I haven't surfed in so long (sigh) but I'm trying to give back.
I want to do everything! I will make you a friendship bracelet, get excited about your ideas, and be unabashedly silly by your side.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I sleep on your couch somewhere. I make friends quickly. I invite you to Richmond. We bond. Happily ever after.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Maybe five times in Europe. Traveling alone could have been scary but it wasn't! I got to stay on a boat and one host replied to an emergency posting when another host didn't pull through. I also went to a concert with so many Couchsurfers. CS is such an awesome community :) I want to provide the fun times now!

I am extremely interested in interested people. If you are passionate, you will fascinate me. As for me: hiking and nature, trinkets and thrifting, word games, stories, veganism, biking, swimming leisurely, crafts, mimosas, French, children, pranks, the South, recycled fashion and sewing, writing.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I am always extremely excited, but I only get truly awestruck about space. Seeing a shooting star really overwhelmed me in a positive way. That is super corny but it's just the truth. I freak out a little bit about animals. When they show their personalities I am awestruck. I haven't really done anything "amazing", but I have been known to walk strangely long distances.
