HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was so lucky to get to surf with some awesome hosts down the west coast of the US.

Since I've been home, I've been keen to host, but always worried about not having a lot of time to show you around...

You're always welcome in my home (if I'm here!), but at the moment my life doesn't often give me time to go chilling in the city with you! :-/ That said, I can give you lots of suggestions about places to go and how to get there... and you should come to the West End markets with me on a Saturday morning.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Blown away by CS experiences on the US Westcoast.... a little nervous about hosting, but hopefully people who come will be nice :-)

Music (guitar, cello, piano, singing; folk, indie rock, classical, jazz, rnb, house)... playing and listening and sharing and writing...
Tennis, squash, snowboarding, scuba diving, life, friends, strangers, DOGS!, psychology, neuroscience...

Family - mine and other people's

Photography (arty and of friends...)... especially jump/air photos! I collect postcards, usually because I buy them, then like them too much to put them in the post!

Travelled to Kashmir for a few days in 2008. Lived in China for a year in 2004. Working my way around the world for my first ever White Christmas in Dec/Jan (08/09).

I'll happily teach you some Chinese or French, and as much Spanish/German/Japanese/Korean/Lithuanian as I've got a hold of (though it's not much for some of those)
