ABOUT ME

I am an easygoing, friendly and open minded person. I like to meet new people and learn new things and experience new fun things. I have a lot of hobbies that are mainly sports based. I love cooking too. I often have friends over to cook dinners and have bbq's etc.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is that you should treat others how you would like to be treated.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I love cooking, and of course eating! I am by no means a professional chef although I am passionate about cooking and using fresh local ingredients, wherever I may be. I have a lot of Spanish friends in Bristol and in Spain and one of my friends from Valencia has taught me how to cook Paella. I have cooked a lot of them now. I could pass on this knowledge for example to someone if they wanted to learn. Practice makes perfect. And having the best ingredients of course.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Morocco, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Wales
