I am a Minneapolis transplant from Lincoln, Nebraska but I think my heart is still in Stockholm on a big flat rock under a tree by the ocean. My girlfriend and I share our apartment with a long haired calico who is missing her ears and a little chihuahua dog who is missing her teeth. I work for a vegan butcher shop making meat-free meats and someday I would like to start my own youth empowerment non-profit program.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I have been able to do a lot of traveling I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford because of the kindness of almost strangers - friends of friends of friends. While internet-socializing can be kind of overwhelming at times, it makes it a lot easier to connect with folks. I haven't always had space or willing roommates to be able to host, but I love showing people around the places I live - I always have an extra bike map and a list of my favorite coffee places, public murals, and free outdoor swimming :-)
