I think one of the best parts of traveling is meeting new, interesting people along the way. I love chatting with people and hearing all their stories. Seeing a city from a local's perspective is way more appealing to me than just hitting up all the tourists traps, and when I travel I want to experience what a city is really like.

I like all types of music, except country (ok, maybe I like it a bit when I'm drunk...). Curling up with a book is one of my favourite things to do - picking favourites is so difficult! I'd have to go with 1984, The Martian, and We Need to Talk about Kevin.
