My husband and I are in our early 30's. He works a typical 9-5 office job (he is a former police officer) and I work from home as a podcast editor and consultant.

We love the outdoors (he is an avid hunter and fisherman) and love traveling/exploring/seeing new things. In 2016 we sold our home in Indiana, bought an RV, and traveled the Western United States for 2.5 months before relocating to Colorado.

I am the creator and host of the Living Unconventionally podcast in which I interview people that have quit their traditional lives/jobs to travel full-time.

As evident by the subject of my podcast, I love connecting with people from other cultures, and especially with people like myself that do not want a traditional life and know there's more to life than working for someone else's dream.

We would also like to start traveling more so I would love to make connections with people all over the world.

Interessi

My interests are dogs (I used to volunteer with a local animal rescue), traveling, exploring new areas, museums, connecting with like-minded people, tiny houses on wheels, watching Netflix/movies, being crafty, writing, and reading.

My husband's interests are anything outdoors, American football, reading, and playing bass & guitar (he used to play bass in a band).

I was a very active volunteer with President Obama's first Presidential campaign. As a result, I was part of a conference call with the President during the campaign. It was a very surreal and proud moment.

I can teach about how to start, host, or be a guest on podcasts, crafts (furniture painting, making coasters, painting/creating home decor, etc), English, American culture, basic blogging and social media skills, and basic computer skills.

I would love to learn about other cultures, hear travel stories, interview people for my podcast (if they are a good fit), and would love to learn basic conversational skills in all languages (especially French and Spanish).

I would love to share in a mutual passion for travel, chasing dreams, inspiring others, seeing new things, learning about other cultures, and living life in an unconventional way.
