I think it's an awesome opportunity to travel! Finding locals around the places you want to stay or visit is a great way to see that area in a more native way. Also, it gives you a little insight on
where to go.
Good restaurants, hiking trails, alternative shopping are all places sometimes you wouldn't exactly think about from a place you're not familiar with. It seems like a fun, adventurous way to share stories and experiences as well, with people from many different backgrounds!
