I'm an undergraduate student at the University of Oslo and now I'm taking my bachelors degree in biology. After I've taken my masters degree I'm hoping to become a marine biologist because I think there's nothing more fascinating than the ocean. I grew up in the countryside until I moved to Oslo by my self when I was 17. I'm a social and outgoing person who likes to experience new things, visit new countries and get to know new people. I also like to try out new things and be spontaneous.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

In the beginning of February I'm moving to Townsville, Queensland for 5 months to study at James Cook University on a study abroad program. This will be the first time I try couchsurfing as I'm looking for a place to stay for a few days when I'm arriving until I can figure out a more permanent place to stay during my trip. I've never been to Australia before, so I think it will be alot of fun to couchsurf in the beginning so that I can meet locals and get a good first impression of the place.

Interesses

I like to hang out with my friends and my significant other, where we either chill out and watch TV series and movies when it's cold and dark over here in Norway, or hang out in the many parks in Oslo or swim in the fjord when it's summertime. On the weekends I like to go out on the town, sometimes I play music in a bar in Oslo called Taxi Take Away where I mostly play electronica/house/techno. Every year now I save up so I can afford two trips to other countries. I love to travel and want to continue to extend the list over places I've been. In January I'm going to learn to scuba dive in Thailand which I have always wanted to do.

Some of my favourite movies is Fightclub, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Arrival, Interstellar, Snatch, Seven, Sexy Beast, True Romance, Blue Jasmine, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, The Darjeeling Limited, Bridesmaids. Some of my favourite books is Preacher, Lone wolf and Cub, Harry Potter, The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy, The Selfish Gene, Lucifer, Watchmen, Transmetropolitan, To Kill a Mockingbird.
