my name is Britta and I am currently working on my Ph.D which explores high school students writing competencies.
I am originally from southern Lower Saxony but I have been living in Bremen for sereval years now. Therefore I'd call Bremen my hometown, which is - apart from the bad weather - a lovely city.

My greatest experiences abroad were when I had the chance to stay at local's homes. It is just the very best way to get to know a country and its culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took part in several choir exchanges organized by my university. We went to Istanbul (Turkey) and Kiev (Ukraine). Singing with people (who you have never met before) in other laguages (that you had never spoken before) was one of the most wonderful and emotionally touching things that I have done so far.
