ABOUT ME

I just love taking in life! I love meeting new people, sharing a coffee with old friends, trying new experiences, and wrapping my mind around new ideas. I like foods of delightful flavor and texture, hearing other people's stories and thoughts, testing my abilities outdoors, taking in the moment, and/or going seeing some live music and dancing along!

PHILOSOPHY

I live to experience new things. New places, connections, depths, thoughts, tastes, and thrills. Every moment is precious. It is an opportunity to explore another part of the complex web of energies that makes up the world around us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to attend local meet-ups when I can. I have also enjoyed meeting up with CSers in different cities across the world. We have enjoyed hosting as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think that it is an absolutely brilliant project. It has been amazing meeting other CSers from so many different backgrounds. I have enjoyed getting to see new places from someone else's eyes, experiencing things I never would have by traveling on my own. It is also so amazing to see an idealist concept work so smoothly!

Interests

I love kayaking, hiking, anthropology, yoga, geography, dancing, riding motorcycles, swimming, beach bumming, debating and anything else that stimulates my heart or intellect.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The gentle mountains of West Virginia while paddling down Class V+ rapids. Or the bus ride from Istanbul to Varna, Bulgaria, watching the geography change.

I want to learn as much as I can. I want to really see how other people live. People are what makes life great; limiting your experiences with people limits your life.
