I am an adventurous, outgoing, and outspoken woman who loves to travel and meet new friends. I'm a nurse but I have been a teacher, server, bartender, private tutor, and nanny before that. I used to live in Spain as a nanny but I have moved back to the US in order to spend more time with my sister's children. I love to take walks and learn about new things. I love new experiences! Any new place or new food makes me so happy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend is playing basketball overseas so I am setting him up as he doesn't speak Spanish. His training camp is in Girona so I like to visit but I can't always be with him so I'd like to meet other people and learn from them. It's always better exploring a city with locals than staying in a hotel and walking around alone.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is not really my thing. I will listen to anything and enjoy it but I don't search it out. I love to read! I'm a huge fantasy novel enthusiast. Anything with magic, dragons, or vampires in it count me in! I watch just about anything but for the most part I'm your typical female and I enjoy romantic comedies. I also do like super hero movies

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Man I don't know about amazing but I did my community health rotation during Nursing school in Ghana. That felt amazing to me. I got to give babies vaccines and learn about their culture. I even learned enough Fante to explain what I was doing during the health fair we attended.
