Overview
About Me
My name is brittany, but i prefer to go by brit, and my travel partner is my boyfriend, adam. (We are not verified because i didnt feel comfortable adding my credit card info. )we are born in san jose, ca but i was raised in tennessee and moved back to the bay area. Later me and my boyfriend moved to Portland or.We had a dream to travel around the U.S. and we have finally reached our goal. We have been on the road a month and have a few more left. We really wanted to meet people on this trip(and have) and heard about this app and thought it be the perfect fit for us. Both of us are respectful and kind people just looking to adventure and make new memories and hear peoples stories on why their city is so great, or not.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To make friends across this country and learn from each one. I believe each state is its own country and i love to learn about each one and the people in it. If you are ever losing faith in humanity this is the best way to restore it. There are too many amazing people out there to give up.
Interests
We are both artists(but he is better than me.) I love movies and we like going to shows. I like to walk for hours and especially in neighborhoods and city streets. Exploring and eating (when we can afford it) and I'm always looking for vintage. Finding good swimming holes and a place to read a book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Faced a bear. I wouldn't say it was amazing but it'll give you chills.
Teach, Learn, Share
I read a lot about holistic healing and like to use that knowledge and we are both artists. He does tattoo art and i just try to "art". I like storytelling about personal experiences and sharing information. Adam studied wine, he will tell you he doesnt know much because he is modest but he knows A LOT. We both have a lot to share, teach, and learn but i guess i dont know how to categorize it. My goal this year is to learn how to make indian food, ramen, and alternative meats. We are always interested in learning.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Anything. We are giving people and always thankful. We do what we can to show gratitude whether it be food, drinks, cleaning, storytelling, or just company.
