About Me
Greetings humans! It is nice to meet you.
My time on this planet all began...? Well who knows really. Is reincarnation real? Who knows. I do know one key to our existence and that is perception. My perception of this life began within a small town in New Hampshire known as Windham. I spent my first 18 years there living on the water, boating, watching movies, roasting marshmallows, etc. I also wore cowboy boats and kilts while I played the banjo. Just kidding.
I moved to Florida to go to college. I switched majors numerous times and it took me forever to finally graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering. Now I am a Civil Engineer in North Carolina. At least, that is how "society" refers to me. I will walk the walk Monday through Friday but only for now. Everything is temporary.
As you may have already noticed, I am a deep thinker. I love nerds and people who don't belong. I don't think any of us really "belong", but the ones that strive to be different are more true to me. I don't believe in taking life too seriously. I strive to find those who can alter my perception and take me out of my comfort zone. Spirituality is my current focus as well as travel of course.
I am very outgoing, fun, clean and easy to talk to you. I also have my quiet side but it usually doesn't last long. I enjoy meeting new people and I can get along with just about anyone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling. My first big trip I backpacked through Europe for two months with a very low budget. I think the best way to learn about a country is through locals. There's no better experience than roughing it, staying on a couch, and having long, intellectual conversations with total strangers. That is what I love most about couch surfing.
