My friends would describe me as a funny, outgoing person who is always striving to be unique and original. I love to make people laugh and help them however I can. I think my friends would also describe me as someone who is very determined to reach her goals, intelligent, and genuine.

PHILOSOPHY

Today is today, tomorrow is tomorrow. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. The only moment that is certain is this one RIGHT NOW: do not waste it worrying about the past or the future! Live. Now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am relatively new to couchsurfing, but I have had wonderful experiences so far. My hosts have been so wonderful to me and I have so enjoyed showing others my city! I think it is absolutely amazing to be given such a cultural experience and have the opportunity to give that experience to others!

Interests

I love the performing arts: dancing, singing, and acting are my passion! I love all kinds of music, theatre, and dance. Although I cannot practice them, I love the visual arts, as well! I also love meeting new people, travelling, and seeing the world. On a side note, I also love ducks. You know those little bath rubber duckies? Yes, those are my favorite! :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love musicals! Any sort of Broadway musical turned movie is my favorite! I also love all types of music...and enjoying singing all types of music, too! I love to read as well..especially classical fiction. You know...Charles Dickens, Charlotte Bronte and all of that. :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking along the Mediterranean Sea and watching the sun set
Riding in a boat through the canals of Venice
Climbing a mountain trail to the top of a castle and being amazed by the view from the top

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help you with some basic French/Dutch. I also can help you with singing, acting, and dancing techniques. I have studied these art forms for 13 years so I think I know a bit! ;-) I also can teach how to do the worm...You know that break dancing move? Look it up!
