music lover. of monsters and men, iron and wine, bon iver, edward sharpe and the magnetic zeros, mumford & sons, a fine frenzy, death cab, sigur rós, feist, ingrid michaelson, city and colour, band of horses, blind pilot, etc etc.

books! the millennium-trilogy, the lovely bones, love does, the city & the city, better than running at night, the great gatsby, and anything by john green or dan brown. oh. and yeah, I'm a harry potter nerd.

seeing the grand canyon for the first time. bus rides through the costa rican countryside. rafting the nile. having a chicken as a roommate when i stayed in a rural ugandan village. being able to call the pacific my neighbor for four years.
