ABOUT ME

I'm a breakfast enthusiast, usually over-caffeinated, animal-lover. I have two levels, you will either find me reading/doing yoga/listening to tunes, or you will find me outside trail running with my pup/mountain biking or cycling. I keep myself busy and am always looking for new things to learn, train for or to take myself out of my comfort zone.

I have a degree in Science and Nutrition, and am a yoga teacher but at the moment I manage a bike shop here in Sydney. In the past year my goal was to create a life centred around things I love and I have managed to do that and am super proud of myself for that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a couple of times in Italy and Germany while I have been travelling. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to host but one day when I have my own space it is on the cards.

Yoga, reading anything and everything, languages, hiking, cycling, seeing new places, music, anything that makes me feel.

Music: Beach House, Explosions In The Sky, Jimi Hendrix, Black Keys, Glass Animals, City and Colour, Chet Faker.. no real one genre I prefer I listen to almost anything that goes with my mood at the time.

I love reading, some of my favorites are A Secret Search in India, Memoirs of An Addicted Brain, Gone Girl, Tuesdays with Morrie and To Kill A Mockingbird.

I teach yoga if you're into that! I'm super interested in learning languages so always open to learn or speak other languages, and always up for generally just hearing peoples stories, I love connecting with people.
