ABOUT ME

I have recently returned from traveling and volunteering in five countries I visited on a nine month journey through Australia, Thailand, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Indonesia while blogging about my experiences :) I finished my degree in public relations and now work as a recruiter. I lived in England through high school as an expatriate and traveled around Europe. This started my love for traveling and meeting new people. I'm social, openminded, and appreciate random/ silly humor.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in curiousity rather than judgment when faced with diversity. I believe everyone has a story to tell and are interconnected when we open ourselves up to the unknown... Either places, people or experiences. Every person you meet is a teacher and every experience and lesson.

Now that I am settled back in Calgary and have my own apartment, I can now return the favour of the amazing and incredible people who hosted me on my journey and host some cool travellers

I love...music, coffee, yoga, dogs, walks, sunshine, beaches, mountain, new friends, live shows, playing guitar, deep chats, cooking awesome food.. Then eating it hehe, camping, dancing just to dance, photography, film, hammocks with books :), and most importantly... Travel

Favorite movies: Life Aquatice, High Fidelity, Into the Wild, Darjeeling Limited, Duets, This Movie is Broken, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Garden State, Elizabethtown... Etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen some incredible things and have been blessed to be able to... But what has impacted me most is the poverty i have experienced around the world...the kind that pushes and prodes you to do something about it.
