I have been living in Burlington, Vermont for 7 years and working in the Human Services field in elementary and middle schools all over the state. I love the work I was doing but had an itch to take some time and travel around. I have spent the last few months traveling around Argentina working on re-learning spanish and slowly traveling through this beautiful country.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my opinion the best way to get to know a place is through someone who calls that place home. Hostels are fabulous for meeting like minded backpackers, but I prefer to see more hidden gems than just tick off where Lonely Planet recommends to see. While not officially couch surfing in South America, I have been treated to incredible local hospitality through out my travels. Once I am firmly replanted some where I can not wait to return the favor.
