About Me

Hello hello!!

To start things of, I'm one big tornado of excitement, chaos, creativity and joy, who loves to get political while at it!

I'm an free-spirited adventurer thats into music, meeting and hanging out with new people, festivals, living as eco-friendly as possible, crazy creativity, sports, concerts, climbing and debating. I think I was born to be either the follow up of Salvador Dali or just a playful puppy in human form. My life consist of a lot of climbing, doing research (as i’m doing a PhD at university of amsterdam), organizing for a better climate and social justice, cooking and hanging out with friend. I love to organise super weird events and challenges (like the Pancake-Eating-Running-Festival, real life qluedo with waterpistols, a watertrampoline-on-the-public-lake-event ar the 'create your name in the largest way possible' challenge). I'm also pretty particular about my clothes, i really like to have a cute, colorful 70s/80s look. Lastly, i pride myself on being a pretty decent kook.

also i dance while biking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to make small trips and meet people from all over the world. I'm always super excited to meet new people. And esspecially on Couchsurfing you find really great, adventurous people that have really cool stories and opinions that you can really conversate with.

Music, Movies, and Books

I think music is my favorite thing in the world. I'm really into upbeat electronic music (like jungle, house, trophies and dnb), jazz and funk, hophip and soul, and the list goes on. I also really like vinyl and going to concerts, festivals, disco-parties.
Film is also somewhere high in that 'things-i'm-most-into-list'. I really like comedy like Taskmaster, The Office, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and Broad City, but i'm also into darker filmworks like Black Mirror or Utopia.

I really wish i’d read more. Id read the shit out of political theory and (revolutionary) history.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's a lot of strange things i've done but i think my top one is asking my statistics proffessor to the uni-gala.

but i really cant tell. i do a lot of free-spirited stuff. i've
- lived at a camping site for over a year, building an little cute community
- gone rock climbing in spain
- (wild)camped out in a dead valcanoe in Germany
- hitchhiked onto a boat in Copenhagen
- carried a water trampoline across a bridge
- was voted most likely to work in the circus in the highschool year book
- organised a pancake-eating-running-contest while on erasmus exchange
