ABOUT ME

James and I are a young married couple that live in country NSW and love the country life, but also have a bad case of itchy feet! We are bucking the trend and not settling down and having babies but travelling the world! We believe that we need to experience all life has to offer with fervour, and have travelled a fair bit together in our short 3 years of marriage.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing at the moment, but would love to host when we are in one place long enough to catch our breath. We love to share our stories and philosophy and recipes, and listen to yours! We believe people of all ages have a story, and would love to hear it, see it, be part of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Travelling in 2007 all over the world got me introduced to couchsurfing and now I am hooked! thanks to all my lovely hosters!

Limerick, London, Tennesee, Italy = so many to recount, but it all has a special place in my heart :)
I actually once stayed with a guy that had a house haunted by a knight. no joke. needless to say I slept on the chaise lounge with one eye open hahah.
We are still in contact with many of our previous hosts, and have returned sometimes for repeat visits and good times!

兴趣

James and I are simple country folk :) we love a good laugh and a story exchange, and want to share our life with you all! We are into horses, cattle and ranching life, and if you have a guitar James may sing you a song :) We are hippies at heart and believe we were born in the wrong generation, but try to fit in :) We love food, like ridiculously so. We love trying new things and experiencing food made with love. Oh and we love to cook too. and we love trying new drinks (signature cocktail anyone?) and things like local beers, your favourite coffees, etc. We made it our mision to "eat our way around the globe".

Although we are diehard country/bluegrass fans, we are not immune to good music for example chill, eg jack johnson... folky blues, jazz, rock classics eg. lynyrd skynyrd, good blues, anything with history and soul really.
