Overview
About Me
I'm a busy young professional millennial disguised as avocado toast. #synergy
Really, I don't host people (not yet anyway) because I live in a studio with a guinea pig. My goal is to eventually move into a two-bedroom condo and host people in my other room.
I'm LGBT (please remember this when reading my profile, dudes that send me your phone #, I'm not into your gender at all and it makes me extremely uncomfortable), relatively friendly although shy, and quirky. Also extremely self-conscious and awkward. It's okay though! I can be charming, just not all the time.
I'm a writer, I love most people, I relish in new experiences, and I enjoy meeting new people. Even if only briefly :)
Anyway, if you want to get coffee or need a hangout buddy in Phoenix, hit me up! I do not drive (ha, I'm in the right place for that obviously) but I can meet you with some careful planning beforehand.
Currently, brainstorming ways to get to Europe for a long period in the next few years. Possibly move there for a bit. Hit me up if you have ideas!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like meeting people and adventuring. I also consider myself a global citizen, which is a little cringeworthy, but it's the truth.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've interviewed Taylor Swift, traveled Europe very broke, done stand-up comedy, moved across the country by myself, spoke at a conference in Seattle, started a pop culture blog, and self-published a book.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm down for giving advice on Tempe/Phoenix area. If you have any writing/editing-related questions, I can probably help in that way. I also enjoy helping people look for jobs.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Kindness, I'll buy you dinner, humor, goofy stories. My life has been ... oddly delightful in some respects. :D I'm also very polite for the most part. My Mom raised me with good manners!
