About Me
CURRENT MISSION
The current mission is simple in words but will hopefully entail the wackiest of adventures. It is to get from spain to germany using as little money as possible whilst experiencing as much as possible.
ABOUT ME
I'm an open minded guy. Sometimes I ignore the social norms and can end up making a bit of a fool of myself, usually with hilarious results. I like to listen to big talk and not so much small talk. Sometimes big crowds intimidate me and I will find a place that no one else knows about. Thus gives me the itch for traveling. I would like to be a great canoeist one day.
PHILOSOPHY
A little understanding and an open ear can be very humbling. I live my life to be humbled, to see great things and realize what makes me significant in their effect. I try to revel in how the little things don't matter that much. Sometimes I wish I had more initiative.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am just a user now. As soon as I obtain a couch I would defintely help out fellow travelers. And if they're real lucky a futon.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couchsurfed with family a bit. When I came to Vancouver for the first time I met a cousin of mine that had traveled through many parts of the world and studied buddhism extensively. She taught me a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books
Acoustic music always gets me.
Any kind of comedy I love.
I just read This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald which was good. But I was always partial to Catcher In The Rye.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Myself and some friends traveled across Canada in a 1979 chevy nova. As the trip went on we lost some people. To the point where there were only three of us left. The three of us found a small mountain that we had a great desire to climb with the ol' Nova. We found a remote lake on top with a perfect campsite and sat and fished and had dinner. We didn't talk philosophy, or tell stories and jokes we just sat with a feeling of accomplishment and completeness that we could cooperate with nature in this place.
