About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm getting out of my one horse town to see the world. I want to dive headfirst to other cultures and spend more than a day or two with the amazing people of the world. I want to see it all...I will see it all!

ABOUT ME

I am a 29 year old, self-proclaimed, destined world traveller, and as far as 98% of the people I know, I have already seen it all, which is far from the truth. I can walk into a room of 20 people and have 19 new friends and possibly 1 new girlfriend in 10 minutes ahah. Just kidding but I love to go out and meet new people. Not a clubbing kind of guy, but I love to roll on the ground laughing and I can guarantee I'll have you rolling in the aisles too. I want to meet 1,000,000 new people on my next trip, not that it's possible, but I'm gonna give it my best!

PHILOSOPHY

Enter cliche here: Ha well, whenever anyone asks me how I've been doing I tend to respond with, "Livin the Dream". And I really am, I worked at two popular bars in my hometown and get to BS and talk to my friends all night 6 nights a week while making killer money off them. It's a no brainer. But now that I've been on the road such a long time, you learn that those mean less and less the longer you are away. I come up with new ideas, it seems almost daily to keep traveling forever, as I see it, it's is my path to follow!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never used Couchsurfing, but I have definitely stayed in places across America, France, and Spain with friends of friends with whom I've never met. Now that I am done with year travel and working in Australia, when I'm done, I'm gonna cycle and couchsurf all over the world!

Interests

Drinking a cold beer after a long day! I grew up playing soccer(sorry everyone, hiss if you like, but it's just what we call it haha), tennis, racquetball, baseball and I do consider myself an athlete and would love to try any new(to me) sports in the world. If I visit I'll have my guitar on my back, but I'm not that a good of a player, but I like to play country music and have a good time!

I'll go fishing on the drop of dime.

And of course, travelling!!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Most people say they listen to everything, but I really, really do. I have about 6000 song on my MP3 player from 1930's, to Oldies, Classic Rock, Alternative, R&B, Hip Hop, Country, Rock and every other genre you can think of.

I have a kindle on my phone and read books here and there, but I usually only get more books when someone suggests one to me. Disclaimer, this last line was written 15 months ago before my Big Trip, now I'm always reading books on my phone, I love it!!

Oh and I have a ton of movies on my External Hard Drive, feel free to copy them if you like!
