ABOUT ME

A teacher in high school once said to me, when we were doing the test to see if you're an introvert or an extrovert: "YOU are the BIGGEST extrovert! You suck the life out of everyone around you!" Now, I prefer not to think of myself as a social vampire; however, I am definitely very outgoing. I love being around people, socializing in all ways, meeting new people as well as having fun with old friends. I like going out, but I also love staying in and relaxing -- as long as it's with friends (new or old).

PHILOSOPHY

The more exposure we have to other people, places and cultures the better people we will all be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have only surfed on people's couches while travelling in Europe a bit, but I am definitely open to hosting people on my couch, and also meeting up with new people for a drink or coffee or to show them around my city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first used CouchSurfing when traveling in Europe with someone who had a profile and found us places to stay. I only had good experiences with all of the amazing, friendly and gracious hosts we had, and it inspired me to join the community myself. I'm looking forward to meeting more great people through hosting, surfing and just hanging out in the future.

兴趣

I love sports and almost anything athletic, especially outdoors. Alpine skiing is my favourite thing to do, but sadly it's seasonal. I'm also very into photography and love trying to get unique shots of cool new places.

I would love to teach someone how to ski, or help them improve their skiing. I have taught skiing for many years, its a great way to have fun, get outside and get some exercise and I love spreading the love of the sport. I am very open to learning new things from other people, but if I could choose what I would love to learn it would be some new tricks, skills and/or techniques with a camera, as I'm always trying to take better photos.
