ABOUT ME

Ever since attending Bible school in England,and traveling around different European countries with friends last year, I've come down with the travel bug! I just can't seem to sit still! So, right now two girlfriends and I are finishing the Camino de Santiago...an 800km walk across Spain...a very slow process! And after, we´ll trade in our hiking shoes for train seats and tour around more of Europe

PHILOSOPHY

I´m learning that one of the most important things in life is to simply love and serve people...everyone is important and deserves love...this is how Jesus feels about all of us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand new to couch surfing! - both hesitant and excited to crash at total strangers' houses :)
I believe it´s the people that make places so beautiful and memorable...my friends and I have met some incredible people on our travels, and that´s what I will remember and cherish the most when I think back on the places I´ve been to.

Interests

I used to be obsessed with horses! I was a competitive show jumper for many years.
I love to bake (esp. cupcakes), play a lot of different sports, dance (for fun!), watch amazing movies, drink French-press coffee and lattes (with friends it's even more enjoyable), camp in the woods, travel of course, and make delicious feasts with friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

I´m into a variety of different music; from jazz and the blues to indy rock. Some of my fav. artists are Bon Iver, A Fine Frenzy, Metric, Florence + the Machine, Fleet Foxes, Billie Holiday, BB King, etc

I love a good book! Curling up on a couch with a delicious latte is one of my favorite things to do :). I mostly enjoy novels the most...currently reading the classic ¨Jane Eyre¨

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Stood on the cliffs at the "end of the world"
-Attended the greatest horse race in the world, the Grand National
-In high school, I drove 100 kms every day to get to school. Not THAT amazing but a feat accomplished nonetheless!
