ABOUT ME

friendly, eager to learn, love people, love the outdoors - this profile is mostly all about me but I'm including Bob (see his picture under "pictures"), too.

He's not too into this whole computer business (he keeps telling me there's a world outside and I should go see it). But he's here too, my couch-surfing partner. He'll be here when you visit and be with me when we visit. He's the introvert who provides balance and reason. He's also the one who speaks Malayalam.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are new here so haven't met many people on this site. We always hope to befriend people when we travel. We love to learn as much as we can about the places we visit through their eyes.

We probably won't be looking for places to stay, but rather people to meet and or tips on places you recommend visiting. We make at least one trip a year.

Biked from Charlottesville, Virginia to Scranton, Pennsylvania

Drove from Charlottesville, VA to Dallas, TX to a brief (5 day) car tour of Alaska in 3 weeks in March/April with a friend, a dog and a cat in a Honda Civic.
