I'm a seasonal soul and I tend to move around and do seasonal work.

I enjoy doing circus, scuba diving (mermaiding), snowboarding, surfing, yoga, and have been learning how to kiteboard (both on snow and water).

I have used couchsurfers for hosting, 3 times now, I have hosted in Fiji and a couple different places in the USA - currently living in Alaska.

Interessen

Anything in the outdoors grabs my attention, but especially watching animals as they go through there daily lives. I love to dance and I do circus things, I do climbing, hiking, scuba diving, snowboarding, and what ever else strikes my fancy.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I couldn't highlight just one:

In Fiji, I did a shark dive where I was able to see seven different kinds of sharks if I was lucky, no cages. Just before my last and final dive with the sharks, a tiger shark came swimming along, and a few of us jumped in (not the smartest thing we have ever done). Luckily the 15 foot shark ignored us and picked at the reef, but it was only about 15 feet below us and it was absolutely incredible.

I did a hike to the top of a volcano, as we got to the top, the cloud we had been hiking through moved away and we were able to see all the surrounding islands around us. Absolutely amazing! This was in Sitka, AK at Mt. Edgecombe.

I did the highest bungee jump in New Zealand and the highest swing in the world out there in NZ. I think I may just have a motto of "Go big or go home."

Jumping off the top of a waterfall in Taveuni Fiji was a superb and frightening moment of my life :)

Hiked the Chilkoot trail (33 miles), got lost twice, saw four grizzlies, and survived. This trail goes from Alaska to Canada, sooo amazing!

Did a scuba dive with whale sharks -- one of the most magical things I have experienced

I'm pretty great at making sandwiches, kale chips, and cooking raman noodles.

I also have a couple great cat jokes that are bound to make you laugh... probably at me rather than with me (because they always make me laugh).
