Overview
About Me
I live in a suburban town on the East Coast of Australis about 1.5 hrs north of Sydney. My house is surrounded by protected national parklands and is walking distance to a beautiful beach out of the tourist areas. I live with my 6yr old son, my hairless cat and rabbit.
I actually have couch surfed, in Geneva in 2015 (and my reference was good) but I think when I cam back to Australia I forgot my profile, and started this new one with no references.
I work in entertainment putting on comedy and burlesque shows so Im usually busy or away on weekends, so if you visit me on a weekday I'll be more able to help you.
I still have one year of a law degree to finish.
Other people's perspectives and stories are super interesting to me. I love food but Im generally too busy to put much effort into cooking or eating...I used to be a vegan but now Im a slack vegetarian.
Also I love gin.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would prefer to take the chance to meet people and share travel experiences, than just pay for lonely hotel room or a grubby back packers. I also think Couchsurfing is a great way to open the world to people who otherwise couldn't afford to travel.
Interests
Language, spontaneous dancing especially when its done in public, coffee, science documentaries, doing carwheels on the lawn, eating salad, attempting and failing hand stand push ups, anything that sounds a bit like the blues, drinking gin in the sun, old buildings, talking poltics and philosophy, going places where you don't need shoes, the American t.v. series 'Vikings', baking vagan cakes, design of public spaces and landscape architecture, acroyoga, what Nature calls 'the battle of the sexes', phenomenology (whatever that is), thai massage, anything that is remotely a human rights issue, pop psychology, and rabbits.
