Overview
About Me
I am an Australian who won the Green Card lottery and moved to America last November. I've found a place to call home in Seattle and have enjoyed every late night in Capitol Hill and quiet moment in the mountains around me. I take every opportunity to travel somewhere new and manage to spend most of my paycheck on airfares. The best investment in my opinion (and probably yours).
After staying with my first host and meeting CSr's as I travelled across America last year I have become fascinated by this community made up of people from all walks of life with big hearts and a wanderlust akin to my own.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had a few couch surfing experiences so far as a guest and I just love meeting new people and being apart of this amazing open community. I hope to be able to host when I have a place of my own.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my life force. I love most stuff, although I'm not too phased with heavy metal and rock stuff (although I would always see anything live) and could listen to EDM (especially trap and bass line) all day long.
I love sharing Australian music (the magic that is Triple J) and I love learning about artists from others. Some of my favourites include Porter Robinson, Moksi, Flosstradamus, Major Lazer, Motez, The Wombats, Skrillex, Yellow Claw, Jauz, Ben Folds, The Hives, Kate Bush, The White Stripes, System of a Down, The Kooks... so just about a little bit of everything.
Movies: Shameful 90's movie addiction - give me '10 things I hate about you' on repeat. Cult 80's flicks and Disney and Chick flicks. Sorry not sorry.
Books: Bryce Courtenay's, Marching Powder, Wild by Cheryl Strayed, anything I can get my hands on really. Reading is a holiday.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Quad biking on the Bolivian plains, driving solo from Melbourne to Airlie Beach, dancing on stage with Major Lazer - so many adventures, so little time.
Teach, Learn, Share
The clearest way into the universe is through a forest wilderness.
