I am 24 and would like to think I have an old soul. I like quiet nights in drinking tea and reading a good book or watching a good movie. I love to travel - I have had the travel bug ever since my parents first brought me to Europe and showed me there was more to the world than just the part of the United States I had grown up in. I like old music and love hearing about other's travel stories and experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a volunteer before and I always loved my hosts. They can either make or break your time staying with them, but so far I have loved all of them. I love exchanging stories with others, especially older people who have lived long lives and have had many experiences.

I like classic country (I'm American) like Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Marty Robbins, and Patsy Clines. Don't worry, if you hate country music I won't make you listen to it. I like relaxing classical music as well and movie soundtracks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stayed in some villages in northern Thailand outside of Chiang Mai. While there, I interacted with the locals, went down the river on a flat bamboo raft, and bathed some elephants.
