I'm an Adventure-Seeker; a Nature-Lover; a Friend-Finder; an Elementary-Teacher, and definitely a Live-Music-Phreaker.
I have a quite the passion for being a Kitchen-Magician, and love cooking w/ friends.
I'm also a pretty good Bar-Tender; and Snow-Boarder; Sea-Kayaker, and Garden-Plotter.
I love being a Road-Tripper... a Beach-Comber... and a Mountain-Climber!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Living a few blocks from the beautiful beaches of West Michigan, my partner & I love hosting friends & relatives from near and far, inviting them to join us in celebrating the wonderful lifestyles SW MI has to offer!
We volunteer at the local art center, children's museum & non-profit bicycle shop; Participate at events at the local microbrewery, and can always be found lending a hand at our friend's orchards & farms in the spring and fall.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet "professionally!".... But I have met many couch-surfers coming through Juneau, Alaska, and decided I need to become active on this site!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did my internship for my Bachelor of Science in Recreation in New Zealand & Australia, assisting as a lead guide for an eco-tourism adventure group called Pacific Challenge. Spelunking, climbing, kayaking, backpacking, diving, surfing. It was amazing!
