One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Designed a temporary bus lane ramp during a re-route situation in NYC in a few hours that impacted a few thousand redirected travelers.

Teach, Learn, Share

When preparing a talk, start with writing how you want your audience to change. Then write a rough outline (some major examples you want to talk about). Then just give the talk in front of a mirror. Again and again and again. You'll miss a lot and suck. That's the point. Suck while you practice.
