ABOUT ME

We are a family of 5, Dave is 37, I am 36, Our children are 9, 7 and 3.
We live in a stunning village in the west country of England...there is nowhere better on earth..We know, we emigrated to Australia to find it, but ended up coming back to this little bit of paradise!
I would describe us as an 'outdoor' family...rain or shine, (handy if you like the rain in the UK!) we get out there!!
We have a very close relationship with family and all live locally!!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is out there...you need to grab it with both hands, this is one world and only you control your destiny

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Heard about this group via my Mother, who had a ball in America and stayed with people from here...Thought she was CRAZY...staying in strangers houses and inviting them to stay at her's!!
Then she hosted some Americans, who were SO lovely they totally changed us...Now we can't wait to start Couchsurfing and hosting! Have recently had our first hosting experience which was great! Also hosted a couple of people too now!

Interests

I love Cooking, walking, reading and enjoying every minute of my wonderful life.
Dave is into Superbikes, darts and going to the pub!
The children love mountain biking, football, drama & dance...the baby just likes eating and sleeping!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Australia was stunning, the barrier reef amazing, I have an insane fear of water..but still got off the pontoon onto the reef!
